These documents are extremely hard to read.
I have new material showing, Henry Willard Brizzee & Ellen M. Brizzee were married May 1, 1858 they were residents of Great Salt Lake County. I read that after 2 weeks of marrriage they separated. The divorce application states that Henry returned to California. It states that Henry wasn’t a resident of the territory and further that he abandoned said wife, she felt he wouldn’t return. Ellen M. Brizzee & Henry W. Brizzee be and the same are hereby forever dissolved, dated 11th day of July 1859. E. Smith Judge |
