Gale Reed Penney U.S. Navy
Killed at the end of WWII, age 20
Gale is buried at Fort William McKinley in Manila, the Philippines.
Gale was electrocuted a couple of days after the war ended so that would not classify him a WWII casualty.
Gale was chipping paint on the ship he was on and the paint chipper had a short in it and he was electrocuted.
