Brizzee Headstones in the Mesa Cemetery

Henry & Ann’s children and their respective longevity's.

Look at the following list of their children's and the ages at death:

 

Melissa Ann Brizzee McDonald – Died in 1900 at age 34

 

Henry Arthur Brizzee – Died in 1940 at age 72

 

John Edward Brizzee – Died in 1898 at age 27 (why so young?)

 

Levi Pratt Brizzee – Died in 1907 at age 32 (why so young?)

 

Lorana Woodbeck Brizzee Robertson – Died in 1956 at age 79

 

William Everett Brizzee – Died in 1934 at age 55 

 

Lorenzo Didsbury Brizzee – Died in 1883 at age 1 (infancy)

 

Leo Long Brizzee – Died in 1909 at age 24 (illness)

 

Interesting facts:

 

1.     Ann Long Didsbury Brizzee outlived her husband and five of her children, in

       other words, Ann buried five of her children.

 

2.     Ann, buried her husband, Henry Willard Brizzee and her son,

        John Edward Brizzee in the same year, 1898.

        Two years later she buried Melissa Ann Brizzee McDonald.

 

3.     Lorana was the last to pass away, in 1956.

 

4.     Five did not even make it to age 40.

 

5.     Henry & Ann had seven children over 21 years.

 

6.     Five, that I know of, are buried in the Mesa Cemetery, four with Henry & Ann,

        and Lorana is buried with Joseph David Robertson.
