My Great Aunt Marti Brizzee Williams called me in 1977 when I was sick to see how I was, she also wanted me to search for the Brizzee history since I was living in Phoenix, Arizona at the time. We stayed in contact for years, then she got sick and we lost contact with each other. In 2005 she called me, she wanted to get together and go over our genealogy again. We did and I was pleasantly surprised by all the work she had done over the years. She let me copy everything she had.

My Great-Grandmother, Harriett Ellen Johnson comes from the large Johnson Family. I read the Johnson family is the largest recorded family on record. Harriett’s parents were, Benjamin Willard Johnson and Sarah May Weller. Benjamin’s father was Joseph Ellis Johnson, there is a book about him called, J.E.J. Trail To Sundown, Copyright 1961. My Great Aunt Dorothy Brizzee Banke mailed me this book in 1977.
