Four Carry Brizzee Family Colors Into Uniformed Services

     Four members of the family of Mrs. Harriett Brizzee of Yuba City – three sons and a daughter – wear Uncle Sam’s uniforms and two other daughters are employed in war industries. From left the four in uniform are Sgt. Ralph E. Brizzee, Corp.

William L. Brizzee, Pfc. Leo L. Brizzee, all overseas, and Pvt. Harriett Ann Brizzee. Sgt. Ralph is with the army signal corps in Germany. He landed in Normandy with a big French invasion. Corp. William is in a marines amphibious truck company somewhere in the Pacific theater. Pfc. Leo is a mechanic in the marines air force, stationed in Hawaii. Pvt. Harriett Ann is in the WAC army post branch at Fort Des Moines, Iowa.
