      When I was younger, I was a Physical Fitness Champion, a track star! At age 23, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's. The doctors said I’d never have a child, I gave birth to Mark, our miracle child.

     The doctor’s told me I’d never live to see the age of 50, I turned 50 last November.

     I started researching my family history in 1977 and I’ve met wonderful family member’s over the years. All my life people have been behind me in anything I want to do, it’s amazing to me the willingness of other’s to make someone else happy and that’s what I try to do in life, make other’s happy.  :-)

This date is very special to me, my grandmother Viola McKellips Brizzee was born and buried on April 19th, Gram loved horses!  My two best friends in the world Dually & Ruby died together on this date.  Ruby was 12 years old & Dually was 27, both dying tragically, April 19, 2006. Dually once tried to save me from a box of shiny yellow ribbons and both Dually and Ruby were always there for me when I was in trouble. Dually & Ruby, I miss you so much!
